Contract - a civil law contract for the provision of services to attract clients or labor contract, which the Administration of the site intends to conclude with the User in case of agreement on all material terms of cooperation.

User - an individual, including acting on behalf of a legal entity, who uses the Site, browses the pages of the Site and fills in the Questionnaire located on the Site.

Personal data of Users processed by the Administration of the website
The User transfers their personal data to the Site Administration by filling in the Questionnaire and clicking on the "Send Questionnaire" button. The Site Administration receives from the Questionnaire and processes the following personal data of Users:

• Surname, first name and middle name;
• Date of birth;
• Gender;
• Information about the country in which the User resides;
• User's contact information, including electronic mail (e-mail) and cell phone number;
• User's answers to questions about potential cooperation with the Administration of the site, including questions about the availability of a personal computer, Internet connection and the ability to provide services as a call center operator. The User also has the right to specify in the Questionnaire his/her Skype login and Telegram messenger contact details, however, the indication of these data is not mandatory for the use of all features of the Site and filling out the Questionnaire and serves solely for the convenience of communication between the User and the Administration of the Site.

Purposes of collecting Users' personal data
The purpose of the site is to mastercall.pro is to search for and attract persons willing to cooperate with the Site Administration as operators of the call center launched by the Site Administration. To identify the User, to determine the possibility of cooperation with the User and to conclude a Contract with the User, the Website Administration uses the following personal data of the User:

• Gender;
• Date of birth;

• User's answers to questions about potential cooperation with the Administration of the site, including answers to questions about the availability of a personal computer, Internet connection and the ability to provide services as a call center operator.

To verify the validity of the data provided and to check the reliability of the User using public registers, the Administration of the site uses the following personal data of the User:

• Surname, first name and middle name;
• Gender;
• Date of birth;
• Information about the country in which the User resides;

To communicate with the User, including for the purpose of clarifying the information provided by the User, starting negotiations on the conclusion of the Contract and informing him about the terms of cooperation with the Administration of the site under the Contracts (including in case of their change), the Administration of the site uses the following personal data of the User:

• Surname, first name and patronymic;
• User's contact information, including e-mail and cell phone number (as well as Skype and Telegram contacts if the User has specified them in the Questionnaire).

Personal data of Users are also used to provide the Potential contractor (user) with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site.

The ultimate purpose of collection of personal data of Users by the Website Administration is to conclude Contracts with them. Personal data of the User received by the Administration of the site in case of conclusion of the Contract with him/her may also be used for realization of rights and obligations of the parties under the said Contract. The Administration of the site collects and stores only those personal data of Users, which are necessary for the purposes listed in this section.

Rights of Users in relation to their personal data
The user shall have the right to:

• To receive information about his personal data stored and processed by the Site Administration;
• Demand from the Administration of the site to delete all or part of his personal data;

• In case of detection of inaccuracy of personal data, to demand their modification/correction;

Retention period of personal data
Personal data of Users provided by them by filling in the Questionnaire are stored for the time necessary to realize the purposes of their processing. Once the purposes of data processing have been achieved, the personal data of Users shall be destroyed.

In case, if by results of negotiations between the Website Administration and the User the Agreement was not concluded, and the User expressly expressed no intention to conclude such Agreement in the future, the personal data of the User shall be destroyed within 30 days from the date of notification by the User to the Website Administration about the lack of intention to conclude the Agreement.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
In general, the Administration of the site does not transfer personal data of Users to third parties. However, such transfer may be carried out in case of involvement of third parties by the Administration of the site for interaction with the User within the framework of conclusion/negotiation for conclusion of the Contract.

There may be a cross-border transfer of personal data.

Modification of this Privacy Policy
From time to time the Site Administration may change this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication on the Site.
