This Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is a public offer (except for the clauses of the Agreement, which expressly establish otherwise) and determines the terms of use of materials and services posted on the website at:
mastercall.pro, visitors and users of this website (hereinafter - the "Site"). By accessing the materials of the Site and starting to use the Site, the User shall be deemed to have acceded to this Agreement.
Meanings of terms used in this AgreementCall Center - EXORID LTD, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and located at the following addressΣπύρου Αραούζου, 165, LORDOS WATERFRONT COURT, Floor 2, Flat/Office 201, 3036, Λεμεσός, Κύπρος.
Questionnaire located at
mastercall.pro/anketa, in the fields of which the User enters his/her personal data.
Contract - a civil law contract for the provision of services as a call center operator or employment contract, which the Administration of the site intends to conclude with the User in case of agreement on all material terms of cooperation.
User - an individual, including acting on behalf of a legal entity, who uses the Site, browses the pages of the Site and fills in the Questionnaire located on the Site.
Website - a website located on a domain
mastercall.pro and all of its subdomains.
General provisions- The Website is a platform organized by the Call Center to inform its potential counterparties about the terms of cooperation with it and to receive applications for cooperation from individuals and legal entities willing to become the Call Center's counterparties and cooperate with it under the Contract.
- The subject of future cooperation under the Agreement is the provision of services by the User to the Call Center for making calls to the population related to the sale to the population of goods/services produced by the Call Center or by the Call Center's clients.
- General information about the nature of cooperation and a description of the services the Call Center needs to receive is specified on the website mastercall.pro and its subdomains. Given on the site mastercall.pro information on the terms of future cooperation is not a public offer. The terms and conditions of cooperation with each User wishing to enter into an Agreement shall be set forth in the text of such Agreement and shall not be governed by this Agreement.
Filling in the Questionnaire- In case the User wishes to receive further information about such cooperation or conclude the Agreement after studying the materials on the Website related to cooperation under the Agreement, the User may fill in the Questionnaire located on the following domain mastercall.pro/anketa. By completing and submitting the Questionnaire by clicking the "Submit Questionnaire" button, the User accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement, agrees to the following Website Privacy Policy and gives his consent to the processing of personal data.
- By filling in the Questionnaire, the User grants the Call Center the right to analyze the information provided in the Questionnaire and use the User's personal data specified in the Questionnaire in the ways specified in the Privacy Policy. After reviewing the Questionnaire, the Call Center shall have the right to contact the User using any contact information provided by the User in the Questionnaire.
- By sending the completed Questionnaire, the User expresses his/her intention to receive information about the terms of cooperation with the Call Center. Sending a completed Questionnaire by the User does not result in any additional rights and obligations for the User or the Call Center.
- The Call Center has the right not to contact the User in case it comes to the conclusion that the Questionnaire has been analyzed:
- the data specified by the User is unreliable;
- the User is a minor;
- the contact data specified by the User does not allow the Call Center to contact the User.
Interaction with the UserAfter the Questionnaire is filled in and sent by the User, the Call Center shall contact the User using the User's contact details specified in the Questionnaire. When contacting the User, the Call Center introduces the User to the detailed terms and conditions of cooperation and offers to conclude a Cooperation Agreement.
Further negotiations of the Parties on conclusion of the Agreement and terms of interaction between the Parties under the Agreement shall not be regulated by this Agreement.
From time to time the Call Center has the right to send the User information about changes in the terms of cooperation, bonus programs and promotions. In order to stop receiving notifications from the Call Center, the User may send a corresponding request to the Call Center's e-mail address (
hr@mastercall.pro)
Other conditionsThe Call Center shall have the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall come into effect from the moment of posting a new version of the Agreement on the Website.
